I have called Findley Lake, New York - located in beautiful Chautauqua County New York - my home for 40 years. I've been a full-time licensed real estate sales person for over 30 years with licensing in both New York and Pennsylvania. Most importantly I love what I do. I am as excited to sell someone a $50,000 first home as much as I am selling a middle aged couple with cash their first "second" home. Answering real estate questions from neighbors, friends and even people I've never met please me as I know they're asking because they trust my knowledge and professionalism.
